How much is shipping?

We offer flat-rate shipping on orders under $75. Orders of $75 or more ship free.

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking information when your order ships.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States.

• Local pickup is available in Harmony, MN during our regular busines hours Thursday-Saturday 10am-5pm. Select local pickup at checkout, and we'll contact you when your order is ready with pick-up instructions.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

• Returns are accepted on unused and unopened items in their original packaging.
• Opened or used craft kits are not eligible for return, but if your kit is missing or damaged, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.
• For missing or damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos if applicable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
